RDP PAYMENT SCALE

​1. Private Pay & Rates

At Redemptive Pathways, we understand that not everyone chooses to use insurance—or may not have in-network coverage. We gladly welcome private pay clients and aim to make therapy accessible, flexible, and transparent.

Private Pay Session Rates

  • Individual Therapy: $125 per 60-minute session

  • Couples Therapy: $150 per 1hr and 30-minute session

  • Intake: $175 per 1hr and 30-minute session

  • Faith & Life Groups: Price will be determined based on group size

Payment Options

We accept most major debit/credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service

Superbill for Reimbursement

If you're using out-of-network insurance benefits, we can provide you with a superbill, which is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan.

Need Financial Flexibility?

We understand that therapy is an investment—emotionally and financially. A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available based on financial need. Please reach out to discuss current availability.

2. Practice Policies

At Redemptive Pathways, we are committed to creating a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment. Clients are expected to attend sessions consistently, arrive on time, and communicate any scheduling changes in advance. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time to another client who may be waiting. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of $75.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session, we’ll do our best to use the remaining time. However, sessions will still end at the scheduled time in order to respect everyone’s schedule. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the session may be marked as a no-show.

No-Show Policy

If you miss an appointment without notice, a $100 no-show fee will apply. Repeated no-shows may impact your ability to continue services.
