Fees & Practice Policies

​Private Pay 

At Redemptive Pathways, we understand that not everyone chooses to use insurance or may not have in-network coverage. We gladly welcome private pay clients and strive to make therapy accessible, flexible, and transparent.

Therapy & Program Fees

Intake

$175 per 90-minute session

Individual Therapy

$150 per 60-minute session

Couples Therapy

$200 per 90-minute session

8-Week Premarital Counseling Program

$125 per week | $1,000 total program investment

Payment Options

We accept most major debit/credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service

Superbill for Reimbursement

If you're using out-of-network insurance benefits, we can provide you with a superbill, which is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan but is not guaranteed. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to verify your out-of-network benefits.

Need Financial Flexibility?

We understand that therapy is an investment—emotionally and financially. A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available based on financial need. Please reach out to discuss current availability.

Practice Policies

At Redemptive Pathways, we are committed to creating a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment. Clients are expected to attend sessions consistently, arrive on time, and communicate any scheduling changes in advance. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of $75. Structured programs may have additional attendance and completion requirements.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session, we’ll do our best to use the remaining time. However, sessions will still end at the scheduled time in order to respect everyone’s schedule. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the session may be marked as a no-show.

No-Show Policy

If you miss an appointment without notice, a $100 no-show fee will apply. Repeated no-shows may impact your ability to continue services.
