Frequently asked questions
Each session is a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We’ll work collaboratively to set goals that matter to you—whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving relationships, processing pain, or deepening your faith. You can expect a mix of conversation, reflection, practical tools, and encouragement tailored to your needs. For Christian clients, sessions can also include prayer and Scripture if desired.
Christian counseling integrates faith and psychology to support your emotional and spiritual well-being. It involves using biblical principles alongside clinically sound therapeutic approaches to guide healing, growth, and transformation. Whether through prayer, Scripture, or Christ-centered guidance, our goal is to help you experience wholeness rooted in truth and grace.
Therapy services are currently available only to clients physically located in the state of Texas, as the practice is licensed to provide services in Texas. All sessions are offered virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, allowing clients to attend from anywhere within the state.
Absolutely. While our practice is faith-based and offers Christian counseling, you do not have to be a Christian to receive therapy here. We welcome clients from all backgrounds and will always respect your beliefs, values, and comfort level. Therapy is about meeting you where you are and walking with you toward healing—no matter your faith journey.
