​Hi, I’m Sharhonda Webster — a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Redemptive Pathways, PLLC. With over five years of experience in behavioral health, I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive through both evidence-based practices and the truth of God’s Word.
​My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that empower you to make meaningful, lasting changes. I help people heal emotionally and spiritually by merging faith and therapy into one powerful journey toward wholeness. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—never judged.
As a believer and follower of Jesus Christ, I offer faith-integrated counseling for those who want to incorporate their Christian values into the healing process. I firmly believe that therapy and theology are not separate, but beautifully complementary—offering believers a holistic approach to mental, emotional, and spiritual health. OUR STORY
​Turning Pain into Purpose
​Redemptive Pathways was born from a deeply personal journey of resilience, faith, and purpose. In 2018, after enduring a two-year period of job hunting and uncertainty, founder Sharhonda Webster found herself in a place of brokenness. It was during that valley season that God gave her a vision—one that would become the foundation of Redemptive Pathways: a faith-integrated counseling practice committed to healing hearts and transforming lives.
Following this pivotal moment, Sharhonda re-entered the workforce and spent the next five years serving in community mental health, growing as a clinician and leader. As a clinician and leader, she remained deeply committed to walking with others through life’s challenges. All the while, she carried that vision of Redemptive Pathways with her, nurturing it through prayer, continued service, and professional development.
​In 2024, another unexpected transition—this time, a unexpected job loss—rekindled the fire within her. What could have been a setback became the catalyst for stepping fully into the calling that had been placed on her heart years earlier. Through that refining season, God brought clarity to the mission: to create a Christ-centered counseling ministry where evidence-based therapeutic approaches meet spiritual insight and compassion.

It is more than a counseling service—it is a safe, welcoming space for individuals and couples to heal, grow, and rediscover their God-given identity and purpose.
