You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone.
Healing Begins Here.

Meet Your Therapist

Sharhonda Webster, MA, LPC

If you're here, there's a good chance something in your life or relationships feels heavy right now. Maybe you're carrying pain from the past, struggling with anxiety, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. You might even feel like you’re doing everything you can to hold life together—but deep down, you know something needs to change.

I’m Sharhonda Webster, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Redemptive Pathways. With over five years of experience in behavioral health, I am passionate about helping individuals experience deep healing, grow with intention, and move forward with greater clarity, strength, and hope.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we work to understand the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships so you can create meaningful, lasting change. Therapy with me is a safe space where you can speak openly, feel supported, and begin healing the areas of your life that feel overwhelming or heavy.

As a believer and follower of Jesus Christ, I also offer faith-integrated counseling for those who want their Christian beliefs to be part of the healing process. I believe therapy and faith work beautifully together—therapy as a practical strategy and faith as a powerful source of strength. Whether you are seeking Christian counseling or traditional therapy, it would be an honor to walk alongside you toward healing, clarity, and wholeness—because healing is possible, and your story is not finished.

Our Story

The Heart Behind Redemptive Pathways

Redemptive Pathways was born from a deeply personal journey of resilience, faith, and purpose. In 2018, after walking through two years of job searching and uncertainty, founder Sharhonda Webster found herself in a season that felt heavy and discouraging. Yet it was during that valley that God planted a vision in her heart—a vision for a counseling practice where faith and professional care could come together to help people heal, grow, and rediscover hope.

In the years that followed, Sharhonda spent five years serving in community mental health, growing as both a clinician and a leader while walking alongside individuals facing anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Through prayer, service, and professional development, the vision for Redemptive Pathways continued to take shape.

In 2024, another unexpected transition—an unanticipated job loss—became the moment that reignited that calling. What could have felt like a setback became a defining turning point. In that season, God brought renewed clarity to the mission: to create a Christ-centered counseling practice where evidence-based therapy and spiritual truth work together to support emotional, mental, and spiritual healing..

Today, Redemptive Pathways reflects what it means to turn pain into purpose. It is more than a counseling practice—it is a safe and compassionate space where individuals and couples can process life’s challenges, strengthen their relationships, and rediscover their God-given identity and purpose. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or searching for healing, you don’t have to navigate it alone. At Redemptive Pathways, your story matters—and healing is possible.

How We Help You Heal

Our Commitment to Your Healing

Our Commitment

At Redemptive Pathways, our commitment is to provide Christ-centered, clinically sound counseling that supports healing for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. We believe therapy and theology work beautifully together to promote lasting healing and meaningful change. Through compassionate, evidence-based, and faith-integrated care, we walk alongside individuals and couples as they process emotional wounds, navigate life transitions, and strengthen their relationships. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward with clarity, strength, and hope.

Our Approach to Healing

Our approach to counseling integrates proven therapeutic practices with biblical truth to support emotional, mental, and spiritual growth. Using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we help individuals better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns so they can break unhealthy cycles and experience meaningful change. For those who desire it, faith can also be woven into the counseling process, offering spiritual encouragement alongside practical tools for healing. At Redemptive Pathways, our goal is to help you move beyond simply surviving and begin living with greater peace, purpose, and confidence in the path ahead.
